SHOPPING INFORMATION

The customer must always be careful to follow the product’s details and characteristics, as it is the main and official representative of the product. In case the customer purchased an order and made a mistake in the shipping address, the customer must contact the store management as soon as possible through any of the communication channels on the Contact Us page and provide the correct shipment address before the order is shiped. However, in case the shipment is already launched to the wrong shipment address specified by the customer when the order has been confirmed or the customer was late to report the issue with the wrong shipment number provided, the customer would be charged the cost of any consequences resulting from this issue and re-delivery fees.
The delivery representatives store 15 are professionally trained despite that in case the customer had an issue with the representative, the customer must directly communicate the store management through the available communication channels and should not engage with the delivery representative. The store management surly will take the necessary action against this representative and the client is fully considered satisfactorily.
The store 15 management is always keen on delivering shipments on time. however, factors outside of control may occur that may disrupt the arrival of these products to customers on time and when this occurs, the customer is kindly requested to inform the store management about the issue with an understanding of the external factors that may affect the shipments arrival. knowing that customers with late shipments will be treated with high priority.
Yes, the customer can monitor the status of the puchased order through the customer’s control panel, my requests and there the customer would be able to view the status of the purchased order.
Store 15 owns its own shipping fleet for certain areas in certain cities and due to the expansion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the large number of cities Store 15 may use other shipping companies (third parties) to help cover all possible cities.
“The shipping and product prices on the site are tax-exclusive prices but the tax is added at the end of the shopping process with the payment process, and the customer will see the value of the tax calculated for the products that are added to the basket in addition to the shipping value. If the customer wants more detail about the made purchase the customer can review the invoice that will be created in the customer account automatically for every purchase.
